REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Nature of the Products

All products sold on https://www.ironframelabs.com are digital products only.

These include:

  • Online courses (one-time purchase)

  • Subscription-based access to digital training content

  • Downloadable digital files

  • Educational video content

No physical goods are sold or delivered.

Access to products is granted instantly after payment confirmation.


2. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase when the customer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a digital product on IronFrame Labs, the customer:

  • Expressly agrees to immediate access to digital content

  • Acknowledges that this access begins immediately after payment

  • Explicitly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal

Therefore:

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.


3. Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based products:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the user account dashboard.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing.

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical payment errors

  • Proven billing mistake

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

Any fraudulent chargeback or abuse of the refund system may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account access

  • Legal action if necessary
